1. Minor Athlete Disclosure

"Participation in AFL may involve competitions, rewards, sponsorships, or educational opportunities. Parent/guardian approval is required for all minors. AFL does not guarantee scholarships, recruiting opportunities, NIL opportunities, compensation, or athletic advancement."

2. Parent/Guardian Consent

"I acknowledge that I am the legal parent/guardian and approve participation in AFL competitions, rewards, sponsorship activities, and educational programming."

3. Sponsor Disclosure

"Sponsorship participation does not guarantee athlete endorsement, recruiting influence, NIL participation, or organizational endorsement. Sponsors are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, NIL rules, organizational policies, and youth athletic regulations."

4. Organization Disclosure

"AFL operates independently and organizations retain sole authority regarding athlete eligibility, compliance, recruiting, participation approval, and sponsorship oversight."

5. Liability Waiver

  • AFL not liable for sponsor disputes
  • AFL not liable for reward fulfillment failures
  • AFL may suspend sponsors
  • AFL may revoke campaigns
  • AFL reserves final approval authority
  • AFL may investigate fraud/abuse
  • Rewards subject to tax implications

6. NIL Compliance Notice

  • The platform automatically flags cash rewards, vehicles, travel, NIL opportunities, high-value rewards, endorsement deals, and recruiting-sensitive items
  • These require AFL Admin Review before activation
  • All NIL-related activities must comply with applicable state and NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA regulations

7. Data & Privacy

Schools and affiliated organizations have full access to their respective athletes' educational progress, financial literacy scores, and platform engagement data to track performance and compliance effectively.
